Forex Brokers Update — December 20th, 2020

This week didn’t provide any new broker listings to us but resulted in several updates to the previously listed companies:

OANDA acquired a license of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) through its OANDA Europe Markets (OEM) subsidiary in preparation for Brexit finalization.

FXCM is now regulated by CySEC via its FXCM EU Ltd subdivision.

NordFX no longer offers a dedicated Crypto account type, but you can still trade cryptocurrencies with them via other account types.

Interactive Brokers opened an office in Budapest, Hungary.

FBS no longer accepts bitwallet payments.

FCI Markets removed their Micro account type, but lowered the minimum size for its remaining Standard (from $2,500 to $500) and Premium ($20,000 to $5,000) account types. The broker has also completely switched from MT4 to MT5 trading platform.

FIBOGroup stopped working with QIWI and DIXIPAY for deposits and withdrawals.

Finotec raised its commission for CFD trading from $1 to $3 per lot.

DF Markets has been delisted as they ceased operating as a broker.
