I want to share my experience with XM Global because this situation has seriously damaged my trust in this broker.
My account number was 92136565.
I deposited around $4500 into my trading account and traded actively for several days. After successful trading my account balance increased to around $22000.
Then XM suddenly removed all of my profits closed my account and only returned my original deposit.
The reason they gave was that my account was somehow linked to another account that allegedly violated their rules. However they never provided me with any actual proof technical evidence IP logs or any detailed explanation.
I only received a generic email with accusations.
No warning was given before.
No restriction was placed while I was trading.
Everything was apparently fine until the account became profitable.
This happened back in February and March 2026 and even after months XM still has not provided any transparent explanation or evidence regarding these accusations.
Honestly after this experience I completely lost trust in XM Global and I believe traders should be careful because the same thing can happen to other profitable users too.
If a broker can remove profits without showing real evidence then no trader can truly feel safe there.
