There are always some dissatisfied persons as it’s simply the human’s nature. People just need to release their negative emotions sometimes, tell that somebody is wrong. I wonder why they’d rather share bad things than good.

It is the old fact. It has always been like that and is gonna remain the same forever. If at least there is 50/50 of positive and negative reviews, it can be considered as good )))

You uploaded a screenshot of a payment sent to you. Have they been cashing out at the same speed since then? Have you faced any problems with this process?

I tried to cash out as well; they did it in 3 hours. However, people say that it’s not their limit.

I also tried to cash out; the payment came in 40 minutes ) It all depends on how busy their finance department is.

What would happen if the number of their clients increases? Would they cash out in one week?

I think in this case they would increase their finance department.

The account type doesn’t make any difference. They treat all types of accounts similarly when it comes to cashing out.

I’ve also opened a 30$ account, wanna try to trade. It’s a pity that they don’t have MT5 because I learnt to trade on a demo account with MT5.

Traders mostly prefer to use MT4. I think that’s why they offer this platform.

I think that traders should be encouraged to use MT5 because it is better and more reliable than MT4. Just install MT5, that’s all! I know that people don’t like to change their old habits, but I think that everybody would get used to a new version in 2-3 weeks.

The problem with your suggestion is that only 1 in 10 brokers support MT5.

This is risky step because many traders may leave if the broker has done something like that.

I put in some money, but wanted to deposit less. Tried to cash out 2 days later because I didn’t want to wait for a long time. Everything went well.

But why brokers do not want to support the MT5?
lenon, how much time does it take to cash out? Less than 3 hours? )

Perhaps I’ll agree with common opinion about MT5. It really might be like that. Generally, traders can’t blame others for their own troubles. )

They’ve cashed out in 4 hours. It was a good decision to make a verification instantly because everything went faster. In another case I would have had to wait.
