Forex education scams

Last edited:
The biggest forex scam is education like trend trading for forex.

95 % trendfollower traders lose at trend trading

Micael covel makes money from selling books, seminars and education. Those who can trade trends trade for a living, those who can't write books and selling seminars for a living.Trend following does not make money. So all the failed traders failed trend traders and failed trend signals providers , end up on forums selling education, technical analysis and signals.

They sell day trading education , so 95% lose at day trading

they sell / brainwash traders free scalping technique , so they end up losing their money to brokers, like here

If 99 % lose, the education they were sold is scam.

Forex trend trading education can be a scam, if 99 % lose

This is very much useful thread for the new traders! Because, new traders are unable to point out the scammers.

This thread is very essential, especially to new traders who are still not in a position to correctly identify scammers. The links are also very important, I hope more are coming. Scams are all over the forex market, especially fake forex educators. The worst thing that scammers do beside stealing from you is that they chat with you in forums, pretending to be genuine traders

I think that today there is relatively large number of very solid online courses which are all free. So, there is no need to pay for any of these. However, here are learnt only basics, while real trading can be learnt only through experience. So, eventually forex is sort of self-learning

Many scammers seek to take advantage of the most beginners in any way, the courses are something that works quite well for them because they promise an event where they can learn quite a bit about how to operate at Forex and since it’s not surprising, the prices are quite high but many users unfortunately end up being ripped off. Even traders recognized worldwide as Oliver L. Velez has been accused of defrauding numerous people with fraudulent courses where he has used his image as a recognized trader to obtain more victims and profits.
