Elliott Wave Analysis by EWF

On October 21, 2026, we published our Elliott Wave forecast for Gold (XAUUSD), identifying a potential downside move while price was trading around 4,125. Our analysis outlined a bearish scenario, with Gold expected to continue lower following a corrective recovery.

What followed was a substantial decline, with Gold falling toward the 3,980 region before staging a rebound toward 4,060. The move demonstrated the importance of identifying market structure, defining invalidation levels, and remaining focused on the prevailing Elliott Wave count.

The Forecast: 10.21.2026

In our original 60-minute XAUUSD chart, we were tracking the development of a larger corrective structure following Gold’s earlier advance. Our Elliott Wave count suggested that the market was progressing through a bearish sequence, with the potential for another impulsive leg lower.

The chart highlighted a key invalidation level at 4,227.67. A break above this level would invalidate our immediate bearish scenario. We also emphasized that traders should not rush into selling but should wait for the appropriate setup in line with our analysis.

Our forecast was not simply a prediction that Gold would fall. It was a structured scenario with a defined invalidation level and an anticipated downside path.

XAUUSD-Before.jpg

The Outcome: 10.27.2026

The subsequent price action, shown in our October 27 update, revealed a substantial decline from the October 21 price region.

Gold moved from approximately 4,125.93 to a low near 3,980, representing a decline of roughly 146 price points. Depending on the broker’s quotation convention, this equates to approximately 14,600 points when one point is defined as 0.01. See below

XAUUSD-After.png

Following this decline, Gold staged a sharp corrective rebound toward the 4,060 area. This illustrates how corrective recoveries can develop even after a strong bearish move.

Elliott Wave Analysis: Why Structure Matters

Elliott Wave analysis helps us identify recurring price structures and develop potential market scenarios. In this case, our October 21 chart identified a bearish setup and outlined the possibility of further downside.

The subsequent decline was consistent with our directional expectation. However, a forecast should not be judged solely by whether the market moved in the anticipated direction. Entry timing, risk management, the validity of the wave count, and the distinction between projected and realized prices are equally important.

This is why we use invalidation levels. They establish the point at which an analysis must be reconsidered, helping us remain objective as market conditions change.

Forecasting Before the Move

The key takeaway from this XAUUSD example is the importance of publishing a technical scenario before the anticipated move unfolds.

Our October 21 chart documented the bearish outlook, the invalidation level at 4,227.67, and the projected downside path. The October 27 update subsequently showed Gold trading significantly lower.

This is an example of how a structured Elliott Wave framework can help traders prepare for potential market movements instead of reacting only after a significant move has already occurred.

Final Thoughts

Gold’s subsequent decline highlights the importance of market structure, clearly defined invalidation levels, and disciplined execution.

We identified the bearish scenario on October 21, 2026, and Gold subsequently moved sharply lower. Our follow-up chart documented the decline and the corrective rebound that followed.

Our objective remains consistent: identify the most probable market structure, map out potential price paths, define what would invalidate the analysis, and let price action determine whether the forecast remains valid.

Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) maintains a bullish long-term Elliott Wave outlook following its strong rally toward $600. The weekly chart suggests that the stock is progressing within a larger impulsive structure, with a potential corrective pullback ahead before the next advance. As long as the broader bullish pattern remains intact, DELL could continue higher.

The weekly chart shows that Dell completed a major corrective phase in wave II before starting a new bullish cycle. From that low, the stock developed an impulsive advance through multiple waves, followed by a strong breakout that accelerated the uptrend. DELL has now reached wave ((3)) of the larger bullish sequence. After this substantial advance, the preferred Elliott Wave outlook anticipates a corrective wave ((4)). The projected path suggests that this pullback could unfold through several swings before buyers regain control and the broader uptrend resumes.

DELL_2026-10-29_08-53-36-scaled.png

DELL Stock Forecast: Key Support at $311.24

The chart identifies $311.24 as the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level and a potential support area for wave ((4)). The stock could experience a multi-swing correction toward this region before beginning another impulsive advance. The earlier blue box buying area between approximately $45.53 and $71.30 marked a potential turning point. Dell subsequently rallied significantly, supporting the bullish interpretation that emerged from this setup.

The chart also marks $66.65 as the structural invalidation level for the earlier bullish setup. This is a long-term technical reference, not a practical short-term stop-loss.

What's Next for Dell Stock?

Once wave ((4)) completes, it could resume its advance in wave ((5)), potentially challenging $600 and moving toward higher levels. This outlook depends on the corrective structure completing as anticipated. Overall, our Dell Technologies Elliott Wave forecast remains bullish. Investors should monitor the $311.24 support region for signs of a corrective low before expecting another rally. Although volatility may continue, the broader chart favors further upside rather than selling against the prevailing trend.

Hello, fellow traders. In this technical blog, we’ll take a closer look at our Elliott Wave charts for the EUROSTOXX (SX5E), published in the members’ area of our website. We identified incomplete bearish sequences within the cycle from the August 12 peak, calling for further downside. In the following analysis, we’ll review the Elliott Wave structure and see how the market followed our outlook.

EUROSTOXX Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 10.06.2026

The break below the August 15 low, marked as (w) blue, confirmed the incomplete bearish sequences within the cycle from the August 12 peak at 6577. These types of price structures are very important, because incomplete swing structures can help us anticipate the market’s next move with greater accuracy.

The current view suggests further short-term weakness in the coming days. The index remains bearish against the 6365.57 peak, marked as (x) blue on the chart. As long as the price stays below this level, we expect further downside.

The cycle is forming an Elliott Wave Double Three pattern. Therefore, we identify the potential downside target by measuring the (w)-(x) Equal Legs area using the Fibonacci Extension tool. In this case, the Equal Legs target zone comes at 5979–5743.

You can learn more about Elliott Wave Patterns at our Free Elliott Wave Educational Web Page

EUROSTOXX Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 10.29.2026

The index has continued to trade lower, as expected. However, the Equal Legs target area has not yet been reached. The primary view suggests that another leg down remains possible toward the previously mentioned target zone of 5979–5743. Alternatively, a break of the 6365.98 pivot would suggest that the cycle has already completed as a truncation.

Quick answer
On September 17, 2022, our weekly Gold chart marked a Blue Box buying zone at $1,668 to $1,421. Gold bottomed inside it at $1,615, held a second test in November, and rallied to a peak of $5,598.75 in early 2026, about 236% from the top of the box and 247% from the low.
Key question: Did Gold’s multi-year run start inside a Blue Box that was published before the low?
Key Takeaways
  • September 17, 2022 weekly Gold chart: Blue Box $1,668–$1,421 while price was near $1,674.
  • Structure view: three-swing ((A))-((B))-((C)) pullback inside a larger bullish cycle, not a new secular bear by default.
  • Low printed near $1,615 inside the zone; second test held in early November 2022; price has not revisited the box since.
  • Peak $5,598.75 in early 2026: about +236% from the top of the box, +247% from the low; Oct 24, 2026 weekly near $3,995 still about +139% from $1,668.
  • Labels can be refined later; the zone and invalidation ($1,041.60 / 2015 low) did the risk job. This is educational, not a profit guarantee.
Gold is the market everyone wants to talk about. From its 2022 low it more than tripled to a peak of $5,598.75 in early 2026, and it still trades near $4,000.
Here is the whole run on our weekly chart, as it stands on the October 24, 2026 update.

Now Everyone Is a Gold Expert

Every financial channel has a gold segment. Every feed has a gold chart. The pundits who ignored gold for years now argue about whether the bull market is finished.
That is a fair question. It is also four years late.
Wouldn’t it have been useful to see this run framed before it started, when few wanted gold at all?

What We Showed in September 2022

Rewind to September 2022. The Fed was hiking in 75-basis-point steps, the US dollar was at a multi-decade high, and inflation was above 8%. Gold, the “inflation hedge,” was falling week after week. Consensus said the 2020 high had been the top.
On September 17, 2022, with gold near $1,674, we published this weekly chart.

Our wave labels have been refined since 2022: that low is now counted as the end of a larger, deeper correction, and the rally since as a new five-wave cycle. Labels evolve as structure develops. The zone did its job. Complex corrections can also show up as WXY vs simple ABC paths on other instruments; the point is the same: map the zone, define risk, update when price proves you wrong.

What Would You Have Done With This Chart?

Put yourself back in September 2022. Bonds had a brutal year, and long-dated bonds kept sliding into late 2023 as yields rose. Cash and savings were losing ground to high inflation. Headlines said gold was dead.
Now imagine you had this chart open, with a buy zone marked and a clear line where the idea would be wrong. What would you have considered?
  • Moved part of fixed income into gold? Shifted a slice of bonds or fixed deposits out of an asset class that was falling as rates rose, into one sitting at a mapped buy zone.
  • Bought gold coins? 1 oz coins near the top of the box and held for the cycle.
  • Bought gold bars? Physical bullion at prices gold has not revisited.
  • Bought gold in a trading account? Spot, futures, or a gold ETF, with risk defined relative to the zone and invalidation.

FAQ: Gold Blue Box 2022

What is a Blue Box in Elliott Wave Forecast charts?

A Blue Box is a Fibonacci reaction zone where the desk expects buyers or sellers to defend a preferred wave path. On the September 17, 2022 Gold weekly chart, the Blue Box buying zone was $1,668 to $1,421, measured as the 100% to 161.8% extension of the ((A)) leg from ((B)).

When did Elliott Wave Forecast mark the 2022 Gold Blue Box?

On September 17, 2022, with Gold near $1,674, the weekly chart marked a Blue Box from $1,668 to $1,421 and invalidation at the 2015 low of $1,041.60. Gold later bottomed inside the zone near $1,615.

How much did Gold rally from the 2022 Blue Box?

From the top of the box at $1,668, Gold reached a peak of $5,598.75 in early 2026, about +236%. From the $1,615 low inside the zone, the move was about +247%. As of the October 24, 2026 weekly chart, price near $3,995 was still about +139% from the top of the box.

Does a Blue Box guarantee Gold will bounce?

No. A Blue Box is a preferred reaction area with a defined invalidation. If price breaks the risk line, the count is revised. The 2022 Gold zone held; other setups can fail. Educational charts are not investment advice.

IBKR Elliott Wave Forecast: Previous $86 Target Achieved With 50%+ Rally in 10 Months, Wave IV Could Offer Buying Opportunity

Interactive Brokers Group (NASDAQ: IBKR) has continued to follow our bullish Elliott Wave forecast, delivering a strong rally after our December 2025 analysis projected an upside target of $86. The latest price action confirms the anticipated bullish progression, with IBKR advancing beyond our initial target and reaching the $90–$100 region before entering a pullback.

Looking Back: December 2025 Elliott Wave Forecast

In our previous analysis, published on December 1, 2025, we identified a powerful bullish structure developing in IBKR. Following the completion of wave II at $8.43, the stock entered a new impulsive advance within wave (III). At that time, our Elliott Wave count suggested that price was progressing through the final stages of wave ((5)) of wave III. We projected an initial upside target of $86, with the potential for further extension. We also highlighted a longer-term Fibonacci target around $166.42 for wave V of (III).

The market subsequently followed the anticipated bullish path, delivering a rally of more than 50% within approximately 10 months and reaching our projected target.

G7HGmOFXUAAfguQ-scaled.jpeg

Current Outlook: Wave IV Correction Could Offer Buying Opportunities

Looking at the updated monthly chart, IBKR appears to have completed wave III near the $90–$100 region. Price is now showing signs of a corrective phase, potentially developing into wave IV. According to our Elliott Wave projection, wave IV could unfold as a corrective structure, with the $53.29 area acting as an important support reference. This pullback could offer another potential buying opportunity before the next impulsive advance.

IBKR_2026-11-02_08-14-02-scaled.png

Long-Term Target Remains $166.42

Our broader bullish outlook remains intact as long as the key invalidation level at $8.43 holds. Once wave IV completes, IBKR could resume higher in wave V, targeting the 1.618 Fibonacci extension near $166.42.

Summary

Interactive Brokers has exceeded our previous $86 target, delivering a strong rally of more than 50% in approximately 10 months. Our Elliott Wave analysis now points to a potential wave IV correction, which could create another buying opportunity before the next advance toward the long-term target of $166.42.

Analysts remain constructive on biotechnology heading into the end of 2026. State Street highlights stronger biopharma innovation and improving industry fundamentals. Moreover, Fidelity expects M&A, innovation, and positive clinical data to remain important biotech catalysts. These trends should continue supporting investor interest in XBI through year-end.

J.P. Morgan also reports stronger public biotech performance and improving IPO activity during 2026. Meanwhile, M&A remains significant as larger drugmakers continue searching for external innovation. Therefore, analysts see a favorable backdrop for biotechnology during the final quarter. However, XBI can remain volatile because smaller biotech companies still depend heavily on funding and clinical results.

Elliott Wave Structure: XBI Weekly Chart August 22nd 2026

Elliott Wave Structure: XBI Weekly Chart August 22nd 2026

In August, we expected investors to get another opportunity to buy XBI at better prices. However, wave ((2)) remained extremely shallow and ended much earlier than expected. The bullish breakout then removed the possibility of a deeper wave II correction. Instead, wave I continued extending higher.

At that time, we believed XBI still had enough room to complete the impulse within wave I. Therefore, we expected the ETF to reach new all-time highs before the end of 2026. We also considered wave ((3)) close to completion unless another extension developed.

After wave ((3)) ended, we expected wave ((4)) to produce a corrective pullback. However, we did not expect that decline to complete wave I. Instead, we expected another rally in wave ((5)) to finish the terminal impulse.

Therefore, our broader outlook remained bullish through year-end. We expected XBI to finish 2026 above those levels. Only after the complete five-wave structure ended would we look for evidence that wave II had started.

Elliott Wave Principle Behind the Market Structure

Impulse

An impulse is a clean 5‑wave pattern that drives the trend forward.

  • Waves 1‑3‑5 are strong and directional.
  • No overlap between waves 1 and 4.
  • Wave 3 is usually the strongest.
  • Structure is clear, with increasing momentum.
Elliott Wave Principle Behind the Market Structure

Elliott Wave Structure: XBI Weekly Chart November 2026

Elliott Wave Structure: XBI Weekly Chart November 2026

XBI maintains a bullish long-term sequence from the April 2025 low. The rally developed impulsively and completed wave I near the recent highs. Moreover, the advance subdivided clearly into five waves, supporting the larger bullish outlook.

Currently, XBI appears to be correcting that advance in wave II. Wave ((A)) ended near 140, while wave ((B)) developed a corrective rebound. Therefore, another decline in wave ((C)) should complete the correction. The Blue Box area comes between 134.03 and 117.82.

Once wave II finishes, buyers should regain control and begin the next major advance. The next rally should eventually break the wave I high and continue the bullish sequence. However, the correction could remain volatile before reaching completion. As long as 61.55 remains intact, the broader bullish structure stays valid.

Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) is approaching an important technical juncture, with both the weekly and daily Elliott Wave structures suggesting the potential completion of a major corrective cycle and the beginning of a new bullish phase.

Our analysis of the weekly and daily charts provides a roadmap for what could come next, including the potential completion of wave ((II)), an ongoing corrective recovery, and a possible significant move higher.

Weekly Chart: A Major Corrective Cycle Complete

MSTR-Weekly.jpg

Looking at the weekly chart, MSTR completed a substantial bullish advance from its earlier lows, culminating in wave ((I)) near the $570 region.

Following that peak, the stock entered a prolonged corrective phase, unfolding as a 3 waves Elliott Wave structure. This correction has taken price significantly lower, with the market developing a large corrective formation within the highlighted blue zone.

Our preferred Elliott Wave count suggests that MSTR has completed wave ((II)), with the price to have turned higher in wave (1).

The weekly chart identified an important downside target area between $199.25 - $38.96, based on the projected Fibonacci extension levels. The lower boundary represents the 1.618 extension, while the upper boundary marks the 1.0 extension.

Importantly, the long-term bullish structure remains valid above the major invalidation level at $13.75.

From the current structure, we are looking for the corrective decline to mature, potentially allowing MSTR to establish a significant low before beginning its next major advance.

Wave ((II)) is confirmed complete, the next anticipated development is wave ((III)), which could open the door to a substantial bullish cycle.

Daily Chart: Mapping the Final Stages of the Correction

MSTR-Daily.jpg

The daily chart provides a closer look at the price action following the major decline from the 2025 peak.

MSTR completed a significant bearish sequence into the June 2026 lows, with the decline marking the potential completion of wave ((II)).

Since that low, price has begun developing a bullish sequence, suggesting that the market may be transitioning into a new upward cycle.

The initial advance has established a potential wave (1), followed by a developing corrective wave (2).

Our preferred count suggests that wave (2) is unfolding as a W-X-Y corrective structure.

The market has already developed the initial W and X components, with the final Y leg potentially still required to complete the correction.

We are therefore monitoring the current price action for a possible final move lower into the projected wave (2) completion area.

The key level to watch on the daily chart is $81.46, which represents the major invalidation level for our bullish scenario.

As long as this level holds, the preferred outlook remains that MSTR is developing a larger bullish reversal structure.

What Comes Next? The Potential for a New Bullish Cycle

Once the daily wave (2) correction is complete, our expectation is for MSTR to turn higher and begin the next impulsive advance.

The initial upside projection on the weekly chart points toward the $269.87 region, corresponding to the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level.

This would represent an important recovery objective within the broader structure.

The key is allowing the corrective structure to finish before looking for confirmation of the next impulsive advance.

Key Levels to Watch

Weekly Chart
:

  • Major invalidation level: $13.75.
  • Corrective structure: Wave ((II)).
  • Fibonacci extension zone: $199.25 - $38.96.
  • Initial recovery projection: $269.87.
Daily Chart:

  • Major bullish scenario invalidation: $81.46.
  • Current structure: Developing wave (2) correction.
  • Preferred corrective formation: W-X-Y.
  • Next anticipated move: Completion of wave (2), followed by a bullish advance.
Final Outlook

Our preferred Elliott Wave outlook remains cautiously bullish on MSTR from a higher-timeframe perspective.

The weekly chart suggests that the stock is progressing through a major corrective cycle, while the daily chart indicates that the initial stages of a potential bullish reversal may already be developing.

We are looking for the daily wave (2) correction to complete before anticipating another impulsive move higher.

As always, we prefer to trade in the direction of the confirmed Elliott Wave structure, waiting for the appropriate setups within the projected extreme areas rather than chasing price.

The bigger picture remains focused on the confirmation that wave ((II)) indeed is complete and the beginning of a new bullish cycle in MSTR.

Disclaimer: This analysis is based on Elliott Wave projections and is intended for educational purposes only. The outlined scenarios are conditional and remain subject to price confirmation and the stated invalidation levels. This is not financial advice.

Hello, fellow traders. In this technical blog, we’ll take a closer look at our Elliott Wave charts for the Hang Seng Index, published in the members’ area of our website. We identified the completion of the cycle from the June 26 low and anticipated a deeper pullback against the 22,517 low. In the following analysis, we’ll review the Elliott Wave structure and see how the market followed our outlook.

Hang Seng Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 09.10.2026

Back then, we considered the cycle from the 22,517 low to have completed at the 26,190 peak. The price structure was relatively sideways at the time, and our analysis suggested that the market was still in the early stages of a deeper correction, with further downside expected. The key level at that stage was the 26,190 peak. As long as the price remained below this high, we expected the deeper correction to continue unfolding, with the potential to eventually retest the 22,517 low.

Reminder: You can learn more about Elliott Wave Patterns at our Free Elliott Wave Educational Web Page

Hang Seng Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 10.02.2026

Three weeks later, we can see that the market followed our proposed path , with the index declining as expected. The price structure now looks completely different. We can identify incomplete sequences from the major 26,190 peak. These types of structures help us identify target areas with a high degree of accuracy.

The price action was forming an Elliott Wave Double Three pattern. In such cases, we use the Fibonacci Extension tool, measuring ((w)) relative to ((x)), to identify the target area. While below the ((x)) black high, the index should ideally continue lower toward the 23,419–22,281 area. At that zone, sellers are likely to take profits while buyers step in. Therefore, we expect at least a three-wave bounce from the mentioned area.

In the meantime, we expected to see a three-wave bounce in (x) blue before the decline resumes.

Hello fellow traders,

In this technical article, we’ll look at the Copper Futures (HG_F) Elliott Wave charts published in our members’ area. As our members know, the commodity is trading within the cycle from the 6.9275 peak. In the following sections, we’ll break down the Elliott Wave structure and explain how we forecasted the path ahead. We will also review the important technical areas.

For those who are not familiar with the most common Elliott Wave structures, we recommend checking out our Free Educational Page to learn more.

HG_F Elliott Wave 4 Hour Chart 10.22.2026

Copper has delivered the expected decline within the cycle from the 6.9275 peak, as explained in our previous article. The commodity has formed a clear seven-swing pattern within this cycle and approached the extreme zone at 6.367 (Equal Legs) . As usual, we use the Fibonacci Extension tool, measuring W relative to X, to identify the Buying Zone. We expect buyers to step in around the mentioned Equal Legs area, where the commodity should produce at least a three-wave bounce before next leg down takes place. As approximate target area for the (x) bounce we use 50-61.8 fibs retracement zone against the 6.9275 peak.

Official trading strategy on How to trade 3, 7, or 11 swing and equal leg is explained in details in Educational Video, available for members viewing inside the membership area.

HG_F Elliott Wave 4 Hour Chart 11.03.2026

Copper found buyers right at the Equal Legs zone of 6.3673, as expected. The commodity produced a decent bounce, reaching the 50%–61.8% Fibonacci retracement zone against the previous high of 6.9323, between 6.650 and 6.716. The recovery completed in that area, followed by another sharp decline toward new lows.

Currently, the commodity shows incomplete sequences from the 6.9323 peak, suggesting that further downside could unfold in the coming period. In the meantime, a three-wave bounce from the 6.3860–6.2925 area remains possible.

Hello, fellow traders. In this technical blog, we’ll take a closer look at our Elliott Wave charts for the Google Stock (Googl), published in the members’ area of our website. We identified incomplete bearish sequences within the cycle from the 384.57 peak, calling for further downside. In the following analysis, we’ll review the Elliott Wave structure and see how the market followed our outlook.

Googl Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 10.27.2026

Google Stock developed bearish impulsive sequences in the cycle from the 359.22 peak. Our analysis indicated that the cycle was still in progress, with price entering a wave 4 recovery. Since wave 4 corrections are typically shallow, we anticipated a potential bounce toward the 23.6%–38.2% Fibonacci retracement zone of wave 2, which came at 322.77–328.44. We did not recommend buying at that stage and instead favored the short side.

It is important to understand that we do not use Elliott Wave analysis in isolation. We combine it with cycle and market correlation analysis, looking at multiple time frames to build a clearer picture of the market.

While the H1 chart showed a developing bearish 5-wave pattern, our analysis was primarily driven by the H4 structure. The cycle from the 384.57 peak showed incomplete bearish sequences, projecting further downside toward the 306.98–271.66 target area.

By combining Elliott Wave analysis, cycle analysis, and multiple time frames, we were able to anticipate the bearish continuation and identify the downside target zone in advance.

Googl Elliott Wave 1-Hour Chart 11.04.2026

The stock completed a 3-wave bounce before turning sharply lower and breaking to new lows. Once again, incomplete bearish sequences accurately projected the market's path. Price has now reached our previously identified target area of 306.98–271.66, where the cycle from the 384.57 peak could be nearing completion.

This is exactly the type of analysis we teach in our Live Analysis / Trading Sessions, where members learn how to identify incomplete sequences, understand their significance, and use them to anticipate the market's next move.

In this Elliott Wave update, we examine the long-term structure in Kosmos Energy Ltd. ($KOS). The stock started a major bullish cycle from the 2020 low, producing a clear impulsive advance before entering a multi-year correction.

That correction appears to have ended in January 2026. Since then, $KOS has started building a bullish double-nest structure, which suggests the stock may be preparing for a much stronger upside phase. If the current Elliott Wave count continues to develop as expected, the next major move should come in wave 3, with the larger sequence targeting the $9 area over the next few quarters.

$KOS

Looking at the weekly chart, $KOS established an important low in 2020 and then started a strong bullish advance.

The rally developed through a clear five-wave impulsive structure. Waves ((1)) through ((5)) pushed the stock substantially higher and eventually completed a larger bullish cycle.

This impulsive price action was important because it showed that the move from the 2020 low represented more than a temporary bounce. Instead, it established the foundation for a larger long-term bullish sequence.

Multi-Year Correction Followed the Initial Impulse

After the first bullish cycle ended, $KOS entered a lengthy corrective phase.

The decline developed through an A-B-C structure at the larger degree, eventually pushing the stock back toward the lower end of its long-term range. However, despite the depth of the decline, the structure remained corrective against the original 2020 low.

Most importantly, wave ((C)) appears to have completed in January 2026, ending the larger wave II correction.

From there, the focus shifted back toward the upside.

January 2026 Low Started a New Bullish Cycle

Since the January 2026 low, $KOS has shown a significant change in character.

The stock initially rallied in five waves to complete wave ((1)). It then pulled back in wave ((2)) while maintaining the larger bullish structure.

Afterward, $KOS started another five-wave advance in wave (1), followed by another corrective pullback in wave (2).

Consequently, the structure from January 2026 now displays a bullish double nest.

Why the Double Nest Is Important

A double nest forms when the market creates multiple wave 1–2 structures before a larger third-wave expansion begins.

In $KOS, the structure currently shows:

  • Wave ((1)) higher followed by wave ((2))
  • Wave (1) higher followed by wave (2)
These nested bullish sequences suggest that several degrees of wave 3 could soon begin unfolding together.

This type of structure can produce strong acceleration once the smaller-degree corrections finish. Therefore, the current setup carries considerably more upside potential than a normal corrective rebound.

Wave 3 Higher May Be Starting

The preferred Elliott Wave path suggests the latest wave (2) pullback is preparing the stock for the next impulsive leg.

Once that correction completes, $KOS should begin wave 3 higher. Within that advance, smaller waves 1 through 5 should develop as momentum strengthens.

The chart already projects an initial five-wave sequence higher, followed by another correction and continuation. This fits well with the idea that $KOS is entering the stronger portion of the bullish cycle.

For that reason, short-term pullbacks should remain corrective while the January 2026 low holds.

$9 Area Becomes the Bigger Objective

The larger bullish sequence supports a move toward the $9 area over the next few quarters.

$KOS does not need to move directly toward that target. Smaller-degree rallies and pullbacks should develop along the way as the impulsive structure matures.

However, once wave 3 gains momentum, price can begin accelerating through previous resistance levels and eventually challenge the major highs shown on the weekly chart.

Therefore, the $9 region represents the next major objective as the bullish sequence develops.

Bigger Picture Remains Constructive

The long-term Elliott Wave structure remains bullish as long as the January 2026 low remains intact.

The initial impulse from 2020 demonstrated the stock's ability to trend strongly to the upside. The subsequent correction appears to have completed in January 2026, while the price action since then has built a bullish double nest.

Together, these developments support the view that $KOS is preparing for another expansion phase rather than beginning a new long-term decline.

The broader bullish structure remains valid above the $0.50 invalidation level.

Technical Summary

To summarize, $KOS produced an impulsive bullish structure from the 2020 low before entering a major corrective phase.

That correction appears to have ended in January 2026, and the stock has since developed a double nest through waves ((1))-((2)) and (1)-(2).

This structure suggests that wave 3 higher may be preparing to begin, potentially creating a significant acceleration in the coming quarters.

As long as the bullish sequence remains intact, the larger path favors continued upside, with $KOS targeting the $9 area over the next few quarters.
