They aren't necessarily a scam, but soliciting traders from countries that require regulation without being regulated isn't a sign of business integrity.

I have already traded with them and make a good amount of money , but they are saying I have to pay commission before withdrawal can be made

That sounds very shady. Why don't they take the commission from the amount you are withdrawing? I wouldn't recommend sending anything to them.

Contact the regulatory authority in your country and probably police too.
You can also try contacting the regulatory authority of the Marshall Islands (they seem to be incorporated there), but I'm not sure they can do much for you.

I have absolutely never heard of them. And from what I am reading now, they don't seem exactly reliable.
