Withdraw timeline

Hi all , i've made an account 2 weeks ago with Moonar Trading and i requested a withdraw yesterday but i keep calling and it says is Pending, which is the normal timeline for a withdrawal?

I couldn't find any information about Moonar Trading. Is it a broker?

Never heard of them. Withdrawals take a couple of hours via BTC with the broker I use

Withdrawal pending for two weeks is a big reg signal. No good broker takes that much time to process a withdrawal. Take your withdrawal somehow and run.

Haven't heard of them and this doesn't sound good....hoping you'll provide an update
