I want to warn the trading community about my terrible experience with Altraforex and the person behind it – Oliver Murphy.
The actual timeline (with full email & screenshot evidence)
August 20, 2025: I made a payment of 180 USDT (TRC20) to Oliver Murphy to purchase the Eagle Scalper indicator.
August 21, 2025: Oliver Murphy sent me a link to activate the product and confirmed my lifetime usage. In the same email, he once again highlighted his “14-day money-back guarantee – no questions asked.”
August 22, 2025: After testing the indicator for just 1 day, I realized it did not perform anywhere close to the way it was advertised. I immediately requested a refund via email, well within the promised 14-day refund window.
After that: Oliver Murphy started changing his story – first by ignoring my emails, then by inventing new excuses, such as saying that crypto payments are “non-refundable.” This directly contradicts his earlier written confirmation. To make matters worse, he even lied by claiming my refund request was out of the 14-day period, when in fact, I submitted the request just 1 day after activation.
❌ This is a clear scam
False advertising: Using the 14-day refund promise to lure customers.
Failure to honor commitments: Refusing a refund despite clear eligibility.
Manipulation & dishonesty: Making up new rules that were never mentioned before.
Deceptive behavior: Ignoring, delaying, and denying responsibility with no valid explanation.

Oliver Murphy and Altraforex use the so-called “14-day money-back guarantee” only as a marketing trap. Once you pay, you will never see your money again, no matter when or how you request a refund.
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Altraforex and Oliver Murphy.
Do not fall for their fake promises of “money-back guarantee.” It is nothing but a straightforward scam.
