The most dangerous forex mistakes include overleveraging, lack of risk management, emotional trading, revenge trading, ignoring stop losses, overtrading, trading without a tested strategy, and chasing losses. Many traders also fail by not learning from mistakes or ignoring market conditions. Discipline and consistency are essential to avoid these errors and improve long-term trading results.

The most dangerous aspect of forex trading, according to my personal perspective and experience, is greed. If traders are still swept away by greedy emotions, typically only looking at charts from a profit perspective, they tend to take high risks, relying solely on hoping the price will meet expectations. They don't realize that the market is highly dynamic, and trends can change direction quickly in a matter of seconds.

About the risk-reward ratio.. I see a lot of advice online saying always trade in a 1:2 ratio, or even 1:3. The reality is that if you have a trading strategy you can’t have a fixed RR ratio. Sometimes it can be 1:1, sometimes 1:2. Some time can be negative, and it’s fine.
