MT5 enable/disable buy and sell position

is there an EA or indicator that can disable long/short position for other expert advisor
when long position is disable for current pair the other EA will only open short position. And same option when short position is disable
Because all the EA i use for MT5 doesn't have long only or short only option like MT4

This should be done by modifying the code of that "other EA". It cannot be done using another EA.
