A new version of MetaTrader 5 terminal is out - build 742. It adds rather significant changes to the platform, fixing a lot of bugs and optimizing performance. Some of the most important updates are listed here:

  • Faster chart history download and updating.
  • One-click trading permissions are now handled separately for different accounts.
  • Signals can now be filtered by age and account type.
  • Signal subscription process is now handled more comfortably.
  • Maximum leverage for signals raised from 1:100 to 1:500.
  • Signals now allow requotes and will try another attempt to execute a trade following a requote.
  • New function to compare arrays - ArrayCompare().
  • New Chart properties: CHART_MOUSE_SCROLL (disable/enable mouse scrolling) and CHART_IS_OBJECT (indicates whether chart was created as a graphic object).
  • Strategy Tester now displays forward optimization results separately from the main optimization results.
  • In MetaEditor, it is now possible to navigate between open documents using Ctrl+- (backward) and Ctrl+_ (forward).
  • And many other minor fixes and modifications.

Restart your MT5 platform to upgrade automatically. See this MetaQuotes post for more info on build 742 changes.
