Is Bitcoin Incapable of Mass Adoption?

The poll's question is rather confusing... As for Bitcoin, I think it is ready for mass adoption as a payment option but for a limited use cases. There are important features (chargebacks, payment fraud prevention) that are desirable in some areas and Bitcoin is unable to provide such capabilities. In other cases - fast small payment (via Lightning) and medium/large irreversible payments (on-chain) - Bitcoin does a great job.
