unfortunately,Aroon Oscillator not the one i am looking for ,but i think Aroon up & Down Indicator is close to what i am looking just it need little tuning,Some times I do not see the limits of 30 & 70 on the indicator,Can you help me ?

Do you mean this Aroon Up and Down indicator?

But it has no 70 or 30 levels display at all...

Yes,That's right it's , you just add the levels 30 and 70 0n it also you can change indicator colors as you know,,,
But Why 70 and 30 levels is important ?
Because any Crossover above 70 level is important and strong signal especially if Aroon up cross south Aroon down in 90 area also the 30 area you can expect the coming trend
it's much better to see Aroon indicator completely include his borders higher and lower
