MetaQuotes Software has released a new update for its MT5 platform on July 6 - Build 1880. The new version focuses on synthetic symbols and fixing some bugs:

- The price history for synthetic trading instruments can now be calculated based on the available 1-minute data for the symbol's constituents vs. the previous limit of just two months.
- Added ACCOUNT_CURRENCY_DIGITS property for AccountInfoInteger() function. It returns the number of decimal places used in the account currency (balance, profits, etc.).
- Added possibility to run a single backtest of an EA after getting optimization results from a cache file.
- Fixed a bug that caused significant delays in Copy*() functions and i*() functions for weekly timeframe.
- Improved speed of initial download of price history by the local agents in Strategy Tester.
- Fixed some obscure bug with WebRequest() function.
