Do you pay some overnight swap when holding gold/silver futures trades on Apex?

with apex there is no traditional swap paid or received in futures on any instrument...... whether it's gold, silver, corn, yh, nq and all others ......

with apex all trades must be closed by 4pm cst.... then you can reopen 1 hour later at 5pm...... topstep requires trades closed 50 minutes earlier..... neither allow holding over the weekend.....

darwinex zero is more like real life futures trading...... you can hold a full 24 hours a day a full 7 days a week.....

darwin's payout method is more real life also......

if i make 100,000 a month in the metatrader account, i'm paid around 2500..... that's per account..... that's about my average.....

below is an example..... the metatrader account has had little over 200k in 3 months and i've been paid only around 5000......

that's plenty enough for me......

usdjpy is pushing it's luck...... boj might have to step in next month.....h

make no mistake, selling cad futures in a strong uptrend on a rate day would be a very high risk countertrend trade......

margin required is 1300$.....

margin required is in part dependent on broker's settings...... so your margin required might be more, same, or less.......

it's also worth noting,

consider the absolute best trade of all time in a darwinex zero 1,000,000$ futures account.......

the exact same trade might be only a so-so trade for a apex 300k account.....

the the exact same trade might be considered risky in a apex 100k......

it might be very high risk in a apex 50k.......

and might not even be possible to place in a apex 25k......

know your margin required..... be mindful of your margin level %........h

now might not be the best time to consider the 6S_H, the futures equivalent of the usdchf...... their movements are inverted.......

snb have long held views on excessive chf strength...... lately going so far as to mention negative rates again...... odds of that might be low but should be weighed in advance.......

a single contract most likely has a 5000$ move in the near future......

not wise to bite off more than you can chew.......h

the term, "climbing a wall of worry" has been around for a long time........ it makes sense.....

robert pretcher took the other side with his "slope of hope" analogy...... it makes sense........

pretcher was not known for being optimistic...... he has been the worlds most consistent promotor of elliot waves....... elliot wave are his business......

something that makes no sense is my habit of holding losers too long and throwing away winners too quick.......
