How to choose the best Forex EA for a beginner?

Have to work a lot with patience when trading forex, one of the challenges from within is maintaining discipline. Overall, I feel satisfied trading independently.
patience is crucial, especially when trading solo. It’s all about sticking to your plan and staying consistent, even when the market tests you.

That's right, the market often tests traders, sometimes there are movements beyond expectations, the market suddenly responds to news and changes the trend direction, or gaps widen. Risk mitigation requires discipline and consistency, besides thinking about gain.

Exactly. Discipline and managing risk always come first, especially when markets get wild

I would start from forums where members publish free indicators test them and then after you have some practice with installing and trying different indicators research for a paid ones or developing a proprietary one.

Absolutely, managing risk with discipline is just as important as chasing gains.

Pick an EA with a proven track record, transparent results, and good reviews. Simple settings and clear risk management are key. Test it on a demo first. Avoid EAs that promise magic—automation helps, but manual skills and understanding the strategy are more important

Stick to easy EAs and don’t get caught up in hype. Look for ones with real user feedback and verified results. And seriously always test on a demo before using real money.

As a newbie, I started with simple, demo-tested EAs from forums before upgrading. Transparently tracked their metrics—very helpful first step

If you hope to find an EA that you can just turn on and it will print money for you, then you are our of luck. As a beginner, it's best to start learning rather than waste money on EAs.
I was also thinking the same thing. The best decision is not using an EA at all!

There might be many EAs in the market which can be profitable in my opinion however new traders should focus on building a profitable trading strategy and focus on manual trading in start. Once they get good hands on trading, they can get their trading strategy coded into EA however most of these EAs are coded to follow technical analysis so they do need monitoring during the volatile markets.
Hey Guys, Yea personally I dont trust any EA as loads of them have burnt me.

Everyone has their own experience and number of solutions and opportunities to choose from since some focus on manually trading however some take EAs for automation but still everything has its own pros and cons at the end.
