well i really do not want to risk a lot of money and thats why i wanna choose between one of these two and i am yet not sure, tell me what you think and also why you think that. thanks

I think it's best to learn to trade with your own funds. Prop firms impose a lot of restrictions and rules. Trading is difficult enough on its own, even without those restrictions. When you are learning to trade with a cent account, you do so freely and you can practice any trading strategy that comes to your mind.
