Can the MTF (multi-timeframe) feature be properly enabled or made functional? I attached the indicator to an M15 chart and selected the H4 timeframe in the settings, but it continued to display M15 data instead of H4 data. Thank you.

I think you misunderstand how this indicator works. It doesn't display higher timeframe data on lower timeframe. On the contrary, it uses lower timeframe more nuanced price/volume information to produce a higher quality display for a higher timeframe. If you are using it on M15, try switching the timeframe to M1 for example.
