Ctrader ant MT5 Showing different charts for the same pair

So I just wanted to trade the UsdNok h1 gap.
Ctrader ant mt5 both show different charts, one where the gap is filled, one where it isnt

This happens. Different price data feeds result in different charts. The can be especially severe in non-major pairs like USD/NOK.

Perhaps differences in broker servers for each platform can also affect the data feed speed which results in different charts on the same pair.

CTrader also handles gaps in a different way. For example if there would be no quotes for one hour, on mt5 you will see 60 minute gap (m1 chart for example) but on cTrader there would bo no gap, the timeline would simply not include this period.

Are you sure? I've never seen that in MT5. It just removes empty bars from the chart.
