Do you mean you want to change the volume on the open trade? The only way to partially close a position in MT4 is to use some EA or a script that can do that.
Yes, there is. For some reason, I thought the topic starter was asking about doing this for many trades in automatic manner.
If you want to do it manually for each trade, you just double-click the trade in the Trade tab of the Terminal subwindow, make sure the Type is set to Market Execution, change the volume and click the yellow Close button. You can also see this guide for some step-by-step instructions:

i dunno maybe im keepin it too simple but i think hes jus tryna figure out how to set the size of a trade when you wanna open it!
