Weekend Trading in CFDs — Attractive Opportunity or Extra Risk?

Some CFD brokers now offer weekend trading on selected markets. Do you trade CFDs during weekends?

How attractive do you find weekend trading, and how safe is it considering wider spreads, lower liquidity, price gaps, and limited hedging opportunities?

I’d be interested to hear your experience and views. only from real traders please.

Very rarely for crypto CFDs. The spreads are very bad on weekends.

weekend trading is basically just a rigged house game, there’s no real liquidity out there. they just use the quiet time to widen spreads and farm retail traders—seen too many guys get wrecked by slippage on fake price action. trading over the weekend is just handing over cash to the broker on a silver platter.

I never trade on weekends when the forex market is closed—since the broker I use is also closed—though crypto CFDs usually remain tradable. However, I recall hearing that there are brokers offering weekend trading, albeit with higher transaction costs compared to regular trading days.
