My recommendation is to stick with commission based and ECN brokers.

My #1 vote goes to ACM, their "Swissness" is clearly felt through their professional support. Trading conditions with them will offer you tight spreads and guaranteed fills with market orders too.

Best is often an overused term and is relative to the type of trader. In my opinion WSD GLOBAL is a good broker, I have read many good reviews of them and many trader friends have vouched for them.

Ok, since no one seems to say why dukascopy is a good broker, based on the poll, fxopen is the current favorite. what does fxopen have that surpasses other brokers?

I guess their flexible trading conditions and an easiness of the account opening appeal to many newbie traders. They also have ECN execution for the expert traders.
