The only frustrating thing i have noticed is to sit down in front of the charts and waiting for the right setup to trade and if no setup is formed no trade and this requires a lot of patience too.

What helped my stats was alerts + pre-defined A+ criteria—if it doesn’t meet the checklist, I log it and pass, and my equity curve smoothed out a ton

For me, the most frustrating part is sticking to your plan when emotions kick in. You can have the best setup, analysis, and strategy, but one impulsive click can ruin hours of work. Also, constantly watching the charts waiting for perfect entries can drain focus fast.

A simple automation tool that tracks your rules, alerts you when you’re about to overtrade, or helps manage emotions (like a trading discipline assistant) would actually make a big difference.
