I previously wrote a post regarding some misunderstanding regarding a payment that was done for one of my clients. Once this issue was raised with Synergy, they contacted me and we resolved the problem together. I reacted wrongly in anger and can now say that I have no issues with Synergy and can recommend them to anyone.

That sucks. It is strange to see Moneybookers protecting merchant rather than "buyer" in this case.
