More often than not, we encounter computer problems. There are even times we important files are lost. We have an in-house IT Specialist before but he already resigned. Should we get an in-house again or just someone who can check every now and then. It's not really everyday we have problems. Any suggestions? Thanks!

That depends on how big your IT infrastructure is. I would hire an in-house IT specialist as soon as you have at least 1 server + 10 client PCs.
