Impossible login on my new phone

Hi,
I bought a Redmi One note plus ,trief ti login on metà trader 4 but It was impossible
Otherwise the platform was ok on my old phone.
What could be the reason?
Any setting or what else?

"It was impossible" is a rather vague way of describing what went wrong. What did it say? Are you connecting to the same broker your old phone was connecting to?
