I am new in this forum. But you do not know about forex trading. I want share some ideas about forex trading. How is foreign exchange traded?
The mechanics of a change are actually equal to those in other markets. The only distinction is that you're buying one currency and promoting every other at the same time. That's why currencies are quoted in pairs, like eur/usd or usd/jpy. The alternate charge represents the purchase price among the two currencies. Example:
The eur/usd price represents the quantity of usd one eur can purchase. If you assume the euro will growth in cost towards america dollar, you purchase euros with us greenbacks. If the change charge rises, you promote the euros again, and you cash on your earnings. Please remember the fact that foreign exchange trading includes a excessive hazard of loss.
