Low pips? Higher rebate? Multiple Regulatory? Same day balance withdrawal? Welcome Bonus? or any other reason?

Old broker closing down, old broker no longer accepting customers from my country due to regulatory reasons, getting better swaps with the new broker - those are the reasons, due to which I've changed the broker in my career as a trader.
