One of the biggest challenges with AI-generated trading code is what happens after the first version is created. A strategy may be generated quickly, but it still needs to compile, be checked and tested before it can be used in NinjaTrader.

In this demo, I create a SuperTrend strategy using AI, run a build check to identify a NinjaScript error, then use a different AI model to repair the problem.
The workflow:
✅ Create a NinjaTrader strategy from a simple request
✅ Detect NinjaScript build errors
✅ Choose a suitable AI model for debugging
✅ Repair the code
✅ Deploy the completed strategy to NinjaTrader
The interesting part is that different AI models can be useful for different tasks. A lower-cost model can handle initial development, while a stronger coding model can be selected when complex debugging is required.
AI does not replace testing or validation, but it can significantly speed up the development and repair process.
