- Supreme (3rd): USD 1,100
- Ranks 4–5: USD 900 / USD 750
- Ranks 6–10: USD 550 each

- Ranks 21–30: USD 450 each
- Ranks 31–40: USD 400 each
- Ranks 41–50: USD 350 each
- Minimum deposit: USD 200
