It means for 1 lot position held overnight, they will charge 13.26 AUD for long and -18.27 AUD for short position. If you want to calculate for different lot multiply these values by the lot size (0.05 or 0.2 etc.). If you have account currency in USD, then you have to multiply them by AUD/USD exchange rate

It's best to install the Position Sizer and it will convert those numbers to your account currency per lot for you.

I think it's in JPY, not AUD.
