Question about ADX

I'm using a strategy with SAR and ADX to determine the start of trends.

If let's say that the +DI is higher then the -DI, but both are heading downwards, does that mean that there is a high chance of a reversal on the way? How should i interpret this information? And what if both are heading upwards?

That means decreasing (downwards) and increasing (upwards) volatility.

Question about another indicator. Is it possible for the SAR to change during a bar? As in the bar opens with the SAR above then by the time the bar closes it is below. Especially for the 1 min chart.

Edit: I've noticed that for bars with sudden spikes, the SAR is always correct for that bar even though the ones for the bars before are in the opposite direction. And I may have missed the opening of the bar

Parabolic SAR repaints on the current bar, because it is using Close.
