What kind of broker's bonuses and promotions do you prefer?

Bonuses are great and all but they make me suspicious. I feel like the point is often to distract traders from other unfavorable terms offered by the broker. After all, what's a $30 deposit bonus to them if they are killing you with withdrawal fees, high commission, high spreads, etc.? In other cases, terms & conditions make it nearly impossible to withdraw money gained from those bonuses.
