What is Paper trading?

Paper trading in forex is similar to demo trading. You use virtual money to practice buying and selling currency pairs without risking real capital. It gives beginners a chance to understand order placement, test strategies, and observe market movements. It is a simple way to gain experience before trading with real money.

Then how demo trading is "why you take the trade" and paper trading is "what rules you follow"?
No, I'm not saying demo trading is the why and paper trading is the rules. I'm saying the process is how you execute a trade, while the strategyis the reason and rules behind taking it.

The point was about what you're focusing on while practicing, not that demo and paper trading are two completely different things.

Why would one focus on practicing the process during demo trading (and not paper trading) and on practicing the strategy during paper trading (and not demo trading)? What is the supposed difference between demo trading and paper trading that made you imply that?

Let just stop it here, it's not gonna end forever.
