Hey traders

Sharing a clean USD/CHF H4 technical setup that’s showing strong bearish pressure with no opposite confirmation signs so far.

Market Overview:

  • Price remains under consistent bearish momentum.
  • The pair is now testing an important short-term structure area.
  • Resistance zones are clearly marked — these are the areas where retracements could offer fresh short opportunities.
  • Unless we see strong reversal confirmation, further downside continuation is expected.

Trading Plan Idea:

Watching for bearish rejection patterns near the resistance levels (around 0.8000–0.8050).

Targets remain toward lower structure supports, provided momentum stays intact.

Bias: Bearish below resistance – expecting continuation after pullbacks.

What’s your view on USD/CHF? Do you see potential for a deeper correction before continuation down?

New here, still learning the ropes, so thanks for sharing the breakdown. I see the bearish momentum too, but I get confused sometimes on H4 when price starts pulling back. How do you tell the difference between a normal retracement and the start of an actual reversal? Do you wait for a candle pattern or something on a lower timeframe before entering? I’m trying to understand how to avoid getting caught early.

Hi, yes I look for the price to reach a strong zone and then I look for reversal signs like candle patterns and trend line breakout, break of the previous low for entry.
