How do traders adjust their approaches during quieter trading sessions (e.g., Sydney) compared to more active sessions (e.g., London or New York)?

Yes, you know it is a great plan to modify trading methods according to the activity levels of several sessions.

I never trade during those sessions because spreads are higher also volatility is low, basically two crucial components of profitable trading are absent during those times.

When the market's chillin' during quieter sessions like Sydney, traders might dial down their risk and focus on patience. But when London or NY hit the stage with action, they turn up the volume, trade more actively, and ride the waves with more excitement! It's all about adaptin' to the rhythm of the market, mate!

Trading in the Sydney session has low liquidity, so the spread is sometimes higher than the London and New York sessions, so I avoid that session.

I have categorised the pairs I trade with based on their performance during various sessions like EURUSD in the New York session, USDCAD in the Asian session, etc.
