Hoping to interact and use this thread as a way of sharing ideas and thoughts on trade set-ups, or reviewing trades that have been taken.

It can be quite an isolated endeavour as a forex trader so would love to hear everyone's thoughts about the current markets.
Personally I feel it can be really valuable to get insight and feedback from like minded traders, whether we agree or disagree about what we see on the charts!

Hope it can be useful for others as well and please feel free to share your charts/set-ups ideas too.

Great charting and can definitely seeing this one coming through with times like these. but banks not big enough to play with gold so i will just sit back and watch!

Is this based off technical's alone, or the fundamentals in play and Gold being a safe haven ?

What a crazy market open! Gaps and spikes all over.

I had a long position open on AUDUSD last week which I held over the weekend and was stopped out of by the market gap at just above BE so no loss, but with current market conditions I am reviewing my trade management today in light of the current global climate.

Not many gaps have closed, except for GBPUSD, which reacted on the hunter EMA 17 for an entry point. Not strong enough for me personally to take, Gap Closes are something I am currently starting to follow and testing on paper.

Might yet be a wonky M but it's trying to buck the trend at the moment. Mad day in the markets...again

NZDCHF was a lovely short to close the range down to the previous daily/weekly rejection, for 140 pips.
The flash crash created a new low, breaking a very strong weekly support level. Price has now pushed below the support and showing daily rejection and today's current position is retesting as resistance.
Will be watching on the 4hr chart today to see if Price Action provides an entry short to fill the wick for another 150pips.

Take Profit hit and trade closed out on NZDCHF, moved very nicely and as expected filled the flash crash wick.
