Synthetic Indices Brokers?

Anyone know of other brokers other than Binary.com that offer synthetic indices such as Volatility 75 Index?

I wanted to know if there are any other Brokers that offer Synthetic Indices such as Volatility 75 Index. However, I have recently figured out that Binary.com is the only broker that offers Volatility Index and doesn't allow transactions with U.S. Investors.

@FxTrader108 Binary.com is the only broker that offers Synthetic Indicies i'm afraid. Until someday they allow US traders, we will not be aloud to access their brokerage.
