Stop-out with price at 0.0036 from .68

I have been stopped out on theAUDUSD pair with a price 0.00326 from 0.618362. So my account balance has gone from $ 9760 to $-618,362, yes a negative. Can anyone explain? Because the brokerage has currently yet explained or provided any support…​

Looks like a price feed glitch on their part. If they aren't a scam broker (by the way, which one is it?), they will compensate you.
