now let me get this straight.....
quite often we hear, "only risk 1% " ...... seems reasonable......
quite often we hear, "make 3 times what you risk " ...... 1%:3% risk to reward...... makes 3% per trade...... seems reasonable......
quite often we hear, "if you risk 1 to make 3, you only have to be right 27% of the time" ..... seems reasonable......
quite often we hear, "some very good traders can make 3% per month..... 36% per year"...... seems reasonable......

maybe my math is wrong, but kinda sounds like what we are really hearing is, once the monthly dust settles even a very good trader is effectively making only a single 1:3 trade per month.....
the strange part is, now i don't feel so bad.......h
