A new update for MetaTrader 5 platform should now be available from your broker's server - Build 2530. It focuses mainly on improving the user interface - for the platform, Strategy Tester, and MetaEditor:

- Added option to sort symbols in Market Watch by: symbol's name, sector, gainers, losers, volume.
- Improved the introductory tutorial inside the platform.
- Added automated calculation for the closing price of the previous session and the opening price of the current session for cases when the broker doesn't provide such prices.
- Optimized the way the prices of open positions get updated.
- Fixed the built-in Stochastic Oscillator indicator to work properly when only limited number of candles is present.
- Improved performance of AccountInfo* functions and ChartGetInteger() function.
- MetaEditor can now compare the working copy of the source code file with its current version, revert changes, and let you view the file change history.
- Changed the way the matching brackets are highlighted in the code - now the brackets themselves change the color, not the background.
- Improved search and replace interface.
- In Strategy Tester, when there are two optimization criteria and one of them is Balance, only the second parameter will be used for actual optimization.
- Improved optimization parameters interface.
- Optimization results chart is now colored for better clarity.
- Optimization results can now be filtered to weed out uninteresting results.
- Improved performance of backtesting using MQL5 Cloud Network - on repeating backtests of the same EA, the network will attempt to use the same agents as on the previous runs to benefit from the already available history data.
