Looking 4 Fx Reliable Indicator

Hi Everyone,
I hope you can advise on what I'm looking for.
I'm a Fx newbie so I am learning. Right now, what I need is a good, non-repaint, real time, possible all-in-one and reliable indicator with following information:

Buy and Sell Info in the chart or
Arrows (Entry & Stop)
Sound
Stop Loss
Take Profit
Trailing

Maybe you just post your bank account number and someone will send the money directly there 🙂. Just kidding! But basically, you are asking for a holy grail indicator. Nobody will be able to offer you something like this.

Besides, indicators cannot open and close trades or apply stop-loss, take-profit, and trailing stop to trades. You would need an expert advisor for that.
