Any advice on which forex to buy/sell given the forecast for the US Durable Goods Order for Monday, Feb. 27th at 13:30 is -4?

A forecast alone isn't a good indication to buy or sell any currency pair, especially if you consider yourself a newbie trader. Besides, durable goods orders isn't a very impactful economic indicator.
