Ego and Profitability

Ego is the best serial killer of profitability. It kills it even before it appears.
I've never met a profitable trader with inflated ego. When I see someone who manifests it, I know right on the spot that they are a loser. I don't even need to see their verified track record. Of course they don't have one. On the other hand, I have never met a profitable trader that had inflated ego. I met a lot on Myfxbook. I asked to interview them. Each and every one was a nice, humble person.

Yeah, people who actually make money tend to be chill and humble not showing off or acting like they know it all.

It's not about ego since a losing trades can't add anything to it but we should keep our emotions out of trading. This can be done by having a proper trade management plan and sticking to it.
