EA for placing buy stop and sell stop orders

Hello everyone! I'm looking for an EA that places a buy stop and a sell stop when a candle closes on any timeframe of my choosing. If one of the two orders is hit, the other is immediately deleted. For example, if I trade on M15 and have two stop orders placed that don't open within the next 15 minutes, the EA deletes the two pending orders and will place the two pending orders at the close of the next candle. Stop orders can be opened at the high and low of the previous candle, or by adding a distance in points to the highs/lows. If possible, the EA automatically calculates the size based on the account balance and risk percentage, and the take profit is entered in points or the desired profit. Trade management is done via trailing stops (optional).
