custom indicator

hello sir as you can see I am using my custom indicator RSI with 12 period and 7030 levels, and my RSI is going extreme above 70 level. but yesterday as I have installed MQLTA rsi with the same settings but it is not going extreme why? can you please tell me that why this is happening.
