Downloading History at every test?

Every time I do a back test (with the same data) I see MT5 stop to download the same data every time.

Any idea on why it does that?

Are you sure that the data, the period and the currency pair is the same? If so, you might want to increase the maximum bars on charts allowed:
Tools->Options->Charts->Max bars in chart
