Parabolic Indicator Question

Is it possible to alter the parabolic input parameters (step and maximum)? If so........how is this done?

Are you talking about the Parabolic SAR indicator? Yes, it's possible to change those parameters. What platform are you using? In MetaTrader 4, simply enter your own values into the parameters field when you add the Parabolic SAR to the chart.

Very possible.
Note that the higher the Step, the more volatile the Parabolic SAR will be.
