From about 1 year, not helpful support, when you have a problem they try to make you upgrade plan.
Absolutely the WORST experience with this company. Couldn't even browse, server freezing up. No or late customer service response.

September 9, 2012 access to my server stopped.
Wrote in support of the 7 times.
The response was only September 13, 2012.
The letter stated that to regain access to the server is not possible. All data is lost. Can create a new one.
I refused and demanded a refund.
Replies were received September 15, 2012.
The letter stated that the access they have restored and preserved all the information.
Here is such a "service".
The whole week my server was disconnected. And such cases only gets bigger.
VPSLand is a joke. I lost my data 4 times. What they can support is to rebuild VPS for me. They don't care about my data. By the way, my VPS is suddenly offline and can't start any more. They told me nothing can be done but to rebuild it. All data will be wripped off. This is the reply I waiting for 2 days.
Do not use VPSLand's product. They are irresponsible.
VPSland VPS are totally out and lousy. Not stable at all. 1 week downtime around 2 time. My windows VPS was re-install around 3 time in a month and need to re-install all my MT4 again and again. Support are slow.
I used VPSLand from 2007 to 2011 and last month - tired of what must be the worst customer support in the world - I decided to quit. I have to say that the VPSLand pricing on Windows V 2008 VPS appeared to be very good, and I opened (I thought) an account with them early this morning with one of my credit cards. The 1st card I tired to use did not go through, as it was evidently part of their on-line security process (I found out). The 2nd MC went through, and I received several automated responses (including a receipt) from VPSLand. Later this morning, I am trying to log-in to what I thought was my new account with them, and I kept getting a response that my email and/or my password was invalid. After several attempts, I went onto to their site and performed a 'live chat'. I was told that they needed to verify my CC account and they wanted me to send them a front and back copy of the CC before they would (actually) open my new VPS account. Stunned...I asked the customer service rep what was going on, as I had received their automated 'welcome' responses, etc. I was told that before they could do anything more, I needed to send them the CC copies. I then asked why they never contacted my either by phone or by email to tell me there was a problem? I had even sent their customer service email a message earlier to ask what was happening (this was several hours prior to the 'live chat') and never received a response either. The bottom line was that the 'live chat' customer service rep could only say sorry...but no explanation for their complete lack of service. The good news is that I am not signed up with VPSLand afterall, as I imagine that the poor customer service that I received was a picture of what I could expect in the future.
these guys keep rebooting the VPS without any notice. First few times I didnt realive what was wrong, but today they are "unavailable" during market hours right before the weekend. Unacceptable for forex hosting.
I was looking for a VPS for a month and didn't find anything better than VPSland.com
BEST value, I'm already two months with them and no problem at all. I was using support few times and they worked well. The price is $18 and 512RAM, and 1st month is 50% off with promo code (just google it). I'm running 7 MT4s at a time and still got 200MB of RAM free.
