This appears to be yet another scam operation. I have been locked out of my account. I have sent a number of emails to Sunbirdfx. The first mail, sent from their site resulted in an automatic reply stating that an agent would phone me. No such phone call was received. I then found a phone number with Ireland as the country code. Contact was made and I was advised that I would get a call back at a given time. The call did indeed come through but is was from a forex company called TouchTrades. I was advised that this company had no dealings with Sunbirdfx. Currently, Sunbird is sitting on $2,000 and I cannot make contact.
I deposited £250 and after the deposit I have not heard from any of them. I have sent a withdrawal message for more than 3 weeks now but no body is replying me. even the so call management board is no doing anything. please I need an advice. is Sunbird really a scam

I am expressing my frustration with Sunbirdfx because I am not receiving any feedback regarding my query and withdrawal of funds. I sent my first request during May 2015 to withdraw funds and only $120 was paid to me, but $500 was deducted from my trading account. After numerous emails and queries submitted online directly to Sunbirdfx, I have had no response. I had to then phone them and find out what happened to my money, Jordaan/James promised me that they would let me know where my money had gone and when the rest would be deposited back into my account. I have not heard anything since the correspondence online and the emails that have been sent. I see other people have had the same issues which is quite concerning.
My login details have been changed several times without my knowledge. In the process, my access was blocked while trades were running and losses were incurred. Robot trading without my consent also resulted to more losses. When I complained, the response was aggressive. I decided to withdraw all my money, but my access was blocked and communication became very difficult. I haven't had a response from more than three people that I used to easily communicate with. I don't know what's happening with my account currently. I started trying to withdraw in 2014 with no success up to date.
I have been with SunbirdFX over a year now and everything was going smoothly until I requested a withdrawal of my funds. After my second withdrawal request I received a call from an Adam who tried to convince me not to do the withdrawal however I needed my funds so I insisted I need my money back. He then agreed and said he would email the relevant devision.
This has now been a week and a half ago and it seems the company has turned a blind eye towards me. My emails and contact requests are constantly ignored and the phone number on the website has an electronic answer saying hello and then requests you to choose a preferred language, but then after that nothing happens, you can't get through to anyone!
They are suppose to provide you with a reference number of your withdrawal request (as stated on the SunbirdFX website) however not even this has been done yet.
I am beginning to feel like they have no intension of paying me my money back...
If SunbirdFX would contact me regarding my funds and pay them back to me I would be happy to withdraw this compliant, however at the moment I just don't know what else I can do.
If anyone has advice regarding this please let me know.
They have changed the website end of 2014. Since then nothing is working, except deposit money. live customer support, web trading platform, mobile platform, tablet platform, news, calculator, Analysis, ALL NOT WORKING AND OUTDATED

I think it's a big scam and fraud.
I'm trading with this broker more one year, no special matter with.
But the Friday 02 January my account is "Blocked", no assistance, no information, no thing from Sunbird.
Customer service at this company is amongst the worst I have ever encountered. I have been with them for a while without need to contact them, or add or withdraw funds. I wanted to update a bank card they have on file as it had expired. I was minded to increase my account with them. The fuss and nonsense that has occurred over the past week with them is beyond belief. they 'lost' my new card details. they have ignored most of my emails. the person I was dealing with, one Amir Brown (really???) writes unintelligible, meaningless, one line responses that are nothing short of disgraceful.
I obviously will not be trading with them in the future, they certainly won't ever get any of my money, and whether or not I get my money back from them remains to be seen.
Don't use them, there are plenty of other brokers around.

They owe me now almost $1500 and have cancelled my affiliate agreement for no reason and refuse to pay me. I have done nothing wrong and given them some good clients who trade regularly. Their rep Michael Dreamer has been rude and called me a scammer and cheat because all I have done is ask for my money to be paid to me. Disgraceful behavior from them. I am waiting to hear from CEO Harry to see if he will resolve this ridiculous situation.
I'm the new CEO of Sunbirdfx (since beginning of 2014) and I would like to say a word or two about what's written here lately.
First, we don't accept clients from USA. We never did and will never accept them because of regulation issues. This comment is FAKE !
Second, About complaints from Arthur and Mohammad Hassan - I invite them to follow up on their comments since I checked closely their complaints and found no ground ! Those are lies, probably because of some interest they hold.
About Boban, You can check with him and see that he is still trading with us and he is satisfied ! He got all the money and we learned together that the problem with his withdrawal was because of our (former) clearance company "All Charge" problem was fixed and he is (still) a happy client !
I would like to note that in this industry, some people write bad comments because they are getting paid to do so by other brokers and you should check closely before making decisions about your broker.
The worst customer service. After over two months, I still have not received my withdrawal that I requested. No response to e-mails. Never use this broker. You loose your money.

I was having a serious issue with the company but they professionally resolved part of the issue in no time and they have promised to send me the rest of the money. I started to deposit with them since they really have professional team to advise you with profitable trades only. They really deserve to be the best!
